Experience a satisfying year-end meal at Mokgumong(목구멍) in Gurae-dong(구래동). From the perfectly grilled Mibak-samgyeopsal(미박삼겹살) to the fragrant Minari(미나리), enjoy a professional BBQ service on a traditional Sotttukkeong(솥뚜껑) grill.
Mokgumong(목구멍) in Gurae-dong(구래동), Gimpo(김포), is a popular destination for those seeking high-quality meat grilled on a traditional Sotttukkeong(솥뚜껑) cauldron lid. It is a great place to enjoy a meal comfortably as the staff grills the meat to perfection.
The menu is clearly displayed, and I ordered one serving of Mibak-samgyeopsal(미박삼겹살) and one serving of Teuk-moksal(특목살).

A banner saying "We naturally grill it for you" caught my eye. This restaurant is very convenient because the staff handles the entire grilling process, ensuring the meat is cooked exactly right.

The iconic Sotttukkeong(솥뚜껑) grill was ready on the table, waiting for the fresh meat to be placed on its smooth surface.

The basic side dishes included Kongnamul(콩나물), two types of Kimchi(김치), and Yangpa-jeorim(양파절임). Fresh lettuce and various sauces were also provided.

A thick chunk of Mibak-samgyeopsal(미박삼겹살) and Teuk-moksal(특목살) were placed on the hot Sotttukkeong(솥뚜껑).

As the meat sizzled, Kongnamul(콩나물) and Kimchi(김치) were added to the side of the grill to be cooked together.

The staff expertly cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, making the dining experience very convenient.

I topped the meat with fresh Minari(미나리). The fragrance of the water parsley blending with the roasted pork creates a wonderful harmony.

Everything was finally cooked to perfection. Now, it is time to enjoy the delicious meal.
