While heading to Buja Galbi(부자갈비) a couple of weeks ago, a roadside sign caught my eye and sparked a curiosity that eventually led to this visit. Even at 4:00 PM on a weekday, four tables were already occupied, which immediately gave me the impression that this place is a genuine local favorite.

The menu is straightforward, offering a great value set of 800g for 48,000 KRW. A notable feature is the "Handon(한돈)" certification plaque on the wall, which officially confirms the use of high-quality domestic pork, building a strong sense of trust before the meal even begins.

Ordering is very convenient thanks to the tablet kiosk installed at each table. On the walls, there are detailed guides on how to enjoy the ribs and a sincere message from the owner promising consistency in taste and service, which is very reassuring for long-time customers.

The basic side dishes like Kimchi(김치) and Gungchae-jangajji(궁채장아찌) are clean and pair well with the meat. Fresh wraps and onion salad are also provided, and the self-service corner allows you to adjust the amount of garlic and oil to your preference.

The raw Dwaeji-galbi(돼지갈비) is clearly 100% rib meat, with a light seasoning that highlights the fresh texture of the pork. The sound of the meat sizzling over charcoal fire immediately stimulates the appetite, signaling that this is a top-tier rib restaurant.

I also tried the Kkeopdegi(껍데기) out of curiosity, and it was impressively chewy with no odor. To finish, the complementary Naengmyeon(냉면) offered a refreshing touch, and its quality was outstanding despite being a free service. Along with three bottles of Jinro Soju(진로 소주), it was an incredibly satisfying meal.
